What you eat you become. The foods you need to eat and those you must avoid to stay healthy. We will go through a checklist on how you can improve your metabolism ad weight management. Nutrition plays a key role in how much power you generate for body and mind.
Part 4: Exercise
This is part of what we will address in getting a better anchor to the start of your day. The body reflects your mindset. Exercising is crucial to your mental and physical health and we will jointly develop an exercise routine best suited for your lifestyle.
Part 5: The law of the seasons
Everything has a time and place. Stress often results when we stumble into situations or refuse to accept the inevitable. This is about finding a good balance between stress and recuperation. Mind-setting exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques will be trained.
Part 6: Building resilience
Knowing the path is not walking the path.
- Are there disappointments or events which you have not overcome?
- Are there slights, insults or injuries from the past which still preoccupy your mind?
Part 7: The plan of action
What are your affirmations? How is your persistence level? Knowledge is only as good as it is implemented on a daily basis. The final part of the course will strengthen you in your resolve to follow through with your intentions and your vision.
