This course over eight weeks (8x one hour) takes you on a live online event of key body-mind Qi Gong exercises to boost the body meridians. What you get:
- Introduction to the Five Elements and what they mean for your health
- Breathing and other techniques to promote relaxation
- A regular weekly practice for eight weeks to kickstart a regular exercise routine
- A zoom recording of each event so that you can repeat and practice in your own time
